This package includes Weekly Home Inspections (4 per month), which cover the following services:
Security Inspections: Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked to reduce the risk of break-ins.
Interior Condition Check: Look for water leaks, damage, and visible signs of mold or mildew.
Appliance Testing: Test the operation of air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, and garbage disposals.
Plumbing Inspection: Run faucets, flush toilets, and check the main water valve for on/off status after each inspection (as per client request).
Maintenance Inspections
Electrical Panel: Inspect for tripped breakers and confirm that the electric water heater breaker is off.
Pest Prevention: Look for any signs of insects or rodents.
Property Walkthrough:
Interior: Inspect the home, including the lanai and garage.
Exterior: Walk around the perimeter of single-family homes, checking the pool area, screen enclosures, and looking for any signs of vandalism.

Pre-Storm Preparation:
Inspect and secure all windows and doors, including the use of hurricane shutters or plywood.
Clear gutters, downspouts, and any debris around the property to prevent water buildup.
Check the integrity of the roof and exterior, including securing loose items.
Post-Storm Inspection:
Assess for any water damage, roof damage, or fallen debris.
Ensure property is secure, with doors and windows still intact.
Report and photograph any damage or changes that occurred during the storm.
